Show your love. It’s just about time for the annual renewal of our Twin Lakes Association Management Fee. Those of you who participated last year, thank you for your support. As we roll towards mid-2021, let’s keep the dream going. The lake is a beautiful compliment to our community and when we love it, it loves us back.
The payment plan options from last year are still available. You have the choice of making one payment for the entire year, 2 payments per year, or 4 payments per year. The choice is yours.

Caution! Predatory Fish Alert!
It has come to our attention that a predatory fish breed (see photo) has been released into the lake. This breed of fish threatens the lake’s eco-system by killing lifeforms (such as friendly fish) that thrive in the water’s life cycle. If they succeed, the dead fish will bring more buzzards, and the toxic levels will go through the roof, undoing all of our cleanup efforts. It is strictly forbidden to add anything lethal into the lake. PLEASE DO NOT ADD FISH OR ANY UNNATURAL WILDLIFE INTO THE LAKE. If for some reason you encounter one of these predators while near the edge of the lake, do not approach and leave the water immediately. We all must do our part to protect ourselves and the wildlife that depend on the lake for their survival.
It's Up to US! The lake project is a self rewarding endeavor. The beauty speaks for itself. The city has deemed the care of the lake our individual responsibility. Let’s take control and show them we can be good stewards of our environment, and maintain the lake ourselves. If you have any questions about the service provider, lake treatments, or overall costs, feel free to communicate with us at anytime. Thanks in advance for your support. Sincerely,
Leroy Welch, President
